The complete conversion including a new vehicle starts at €89,900 – for the MAN TGE 4x2 as a lengthwise sleeper with the Planner option (delivery in 9–10 months). The price depends on three things: the vehicle (MAN TGE 4x2 140 hp, MAN TGE 4x2 automatic, MAN TGE 4x4 or MB Sprinter 4x4), the model and modules – and on when you want to set off: the more planning time you give us, the lower the price. You’ll find all three delivery-time options with prices on our pricing page; the configurator shows the price of your build as you go.

That’s up to you. There are three delivery-time options: the Planner option with handover in an estimated 9–10 months (lowest price), the Changeover option in 5–6 months and the Express option in 1–2 months – for that we already have pre-configured MAN TGE (4x2 automatic or 4x4) standing in our yard, and the interior remains yours to choose. The exact delivery window (month to month) is stated in your quote. Why waiting is cheaper is explained on our pricing page.

In instalments, and the first one depends on your delivery time: a 15% deposit with the Planner option (9–10 months), 20% with the Changeover option (5–6 months) and 60% with the Express option, because the chassis is already in our yard. Then 40% is due when the vehicle arrives at the factory (not applicable for Express) and the balance before handover. On request we secure your deposit with a bank guarantee (€390). All due dates, cancellation terms and securities are set out in our payment terms. There is deliberately no online checkout – a Castello is a personal commission.

Yes – at our trade shows (all dates and stand locations under Shows). If you place a binding order there, you get a €3,000 show bonus on the base price – with every delivery-time option. Yes. Castello campers stay within the 3.5-tonne class as long as no weight upgrade is wanted or needed – we discuss the exact weights of your configuration with your quote.

The slots are the heart of the ClipWall system – developed from load securing: plenty of fixing points. Our clips hold in them – the MultiClip even turns in by hand without tools. The modules are screwed onto the clips, so the conversion can be extended, modified or taken back out at any time. The rear-ventilated wall lets condensation evaporate.

No. We build with real-wood-veneered plywood. Vehicles for two people usually weigh around 2.9 tonnes ready to drive. With extra optional equipment or as a 4x4 it can get heavier – in that case we may recommend a weight upgrade (MAN 4.2 t, Sprinter 4.1 t). The configurator adds up the weights of your configuration and gives you an overview.

Real wood instead of plastic, a TÜV-certified system, a 5-year warranty on water-tightness and cabinetry: a Castello is built to last decades – and you can add or swap modules later instead of buying new.
