Prices and delivery times

Our prices are based on a purely logistical calculation. If you choose the 9–10 month option, we can buy materials well in advance and fill our production schedule perfectly. We pass that cost advantage straight on to you. For the Express option (1 to 2 months) we bring your build slot forward and push other work back, and the chassis is already financed and standing in our yard. So you are not paying more for the CASTELLO itself, but for bringing it forward and for the pre-financing.

Once you have placed a binding order, a postponement is possible in exceptional cases, for example illness or a house move: talk to us and we will move your build slot to the next free batch, provided there is room. Postponing costs nothing. If you cancel, a flat fee of 15 per cent of the sales price is offset against your deposit – the details and a worked example are in the payment terms above.

The trade-fair discount is an exclusive advantage that we can offer because we take orders in one bundle on site. Strictly speaking it therefore only applies to a binding signature during the respective fair (for example Caravan Salon Düsseldorf, Suisse Caravan Salon, CMT or f.re.e). If you decide shortly after the fair, talk to our sales team – we can often make you an alternative offer at short notice from cancelled allocations, but there is no guarantee of the full trade-fair discount after the event.

Express delivery mainly adds up as a rational payback calculation. For commercial customers who put the vehicle to work on jobs right away (rental, for example) and generate revenue with it, the surcharge is usually cheaper than months of lost income or the cost of a stopgap rental vehicle. Private customers who want to use an already planned holiday season without the usual industry waiting times often value the emotional gain more highly than the surcharge.

The first deposit depends on the delivery time: 15 per cent at 9–10 months, 20 per cent at 5–6 months and 60 per cent for the Express option, because there the chassis is already in our yard and the second deposit is dropped. Absolutely. As an official conversion partner on the MAN TGE platform we work to strict European quality and compliance standards. Every deposit you make is tied directly to your scheduled build slot and its vehicle identification number (VIN) as soon as that is recorded in the production system. On request we secure your deposit with a standard bank guarantee – we actively offer it with every order (cost: €120). As soon as your vehicle has arrived at our workshop and the second deposit has been paid, you receive the original COC document (EU certificate of conformity) by registered mail.
